shareYes, Boomerang, which is an offshoot of Cartoon Network plays old cartoons--mostly bottom-of-the-barrel crap from Hanna-Barbera.
You can get Boomerang on Time Warner Digital cable. I don't know about other cable carriers.
You can get it from COX too which I have, too bad they don't play any other stuff except from HB.
