I'm pretty sure it's not Jewel. I just saw the film for the first time minutes ago, and when that song was played in the film I was wondering who it was singing it and was thinking it may be Chantal Kreviazuk. It did not sound like Jewel at all. Same tonal quality and range, but it was not Jewel's voice.
Now, I saw Chantal Kreviazuk listed in another thread on this film as being mentioned in the credits (the LifeTime credits are their own "new" credits and did not have any song listings/credits), but I know that many times people have confused some of Kreviazuk's songs in films as being Jewel, and I just checked the archives on Jewel's mailing list and Ave Maria is one that is often confused as being Jewel when it was Kreviazuk's recording. So that's the version I feel is in this film.

If you are talking about the song "I Will Always Love You" sung at the end of this movie, it is by Fisher. You can get it off of iTunes - just FYI! :)
