My dream cast is based upon resemblance to official character renders as well as their estimated ages based on a formula borrowed from Gloriano.net, which is in turn borrowed from a Web site that no longer exists.
With Shana and Meru, it's a difficult and different case altogether because although I'm sure most people would want to choose Caucasian actresses, their facial structure makes me want to choose Asian actresss. However, that is where the difficulty comes in. I cannot find any suitable Asian actresses in the 16-21 age range and therefore have not included them in my dream cast.
As for Haschel, his estimated age is approximately 70 years old. I don't know of any actor close to that age who would be suitable for his role and therefore also have not included him in my dream cast.
Zieg also has one of those exceptional cases. Although his age is estimated at 28, he does not appear that way in any of the full-motion video scenes that take place during the current era of the story. He appears to be the age I would expect him to be since his awakening from the spell, so I've chosen an actor who is in his 50s.
I'm still doing some research on who I think would suit the roles of Kongol and Melbu Frahma, both of which should be CGI'd. Perhaps during my research I'll come across the ideal actress Shana and Meru and the ideal actor for Haschel.
