How was this film shot?
This film seemed to rely a lot on CGI, but I'm not sure. So many of the scenes looked 'more real than real'. Very peculiar, 'sharp' imagining. Any experts out there who can enlighten me?
I don't like CGI. When I see it, I get turned off immediately. I figure if a movie is going to be photographed, it should be photographed, not depend on technology for effect. It seems an easy way out, and disrespects the great cinematographers whose skills have graced the screen over the decades. But that's me. I'm sure many would disagree.
