The Title
Can someone please tell me what this title has to do with the movie? I didn't get it? One Eyed King? I don't remember any one eyed people in the movie. Did I miss this?

It's an old proverb that means when everyone involved in a situation are lacking skill and ability, the one with any bit of skill rules. The narrator also says it at the end of the movie.
