which character was the one doing the narrating? at times i thought it was billy baldwin, at times chaz palmiteri but at the end he said he did time for the counterfeit scam, so who was it....anyone know? thanks

shareSort of a weird scenario because the movie actually sucked before the narrator was added. Nobody was willing to buy it because it was an incoherent mess. That's why, I guess for good or bad, the narrator was added.
I know all this because I used to work for a distributor that was interested in the original film -- until they saw it.
