I haven't seen the whole film but I remember this line in the scene where Jeremy Irons' character is talking to that of Forrest Whitaker's. I thought it was hilarious as it's delivered with a exquisitely plummy accent.

If impersonating a Police Officer is an offence, shouldn't actors be imprisoned?
