I have a ninth chapter....it came separately on a disc along with chapters 7 and 8, apart from the boxed set of chapters 1-6.

Is the ninth installment the last one? Or, is there a tenth, because I don't have a tenth one.

LBJ certainly had the most to gain Surely these episodes are available in USA by now or is this just more proof of the coverups that the governments are capable of

In November 2003 I still read that it actually had 10 chapters/10 parts (disclosing in part 10 who assassinated JFK), but the 10th part has been withdrawn from all video stores/universities/public libraries etc and was never aired on the History Channel for whatever reason...
