I didn't get that part?...

It's the line of the song they were singing (Escape by Rupert Holmes).

"If you're not into yoga, if you have half a brain." Brain rhymes with Jane so I guess it reminded them of her.

The real question is, when you turn your car on, does it return the favor?

Also, brain is another term for giving oral sex. That might apply since they were referring to spring break.
