i don't know if you can find the whole movie, but you can find some parts on youtube. at least you'll have an idea about this movie.but of course you should watch it completely to vote it objectively:)
"Viddy well, little brother. Viddy well..."
I have a bit of a problem with a movie being so highly rated, and yet having no foreign distribution for over 30 years. You would think the people who made it would know its value and want it to reach a wider audience. No one questions the potential value of Turkish films; what we're questioning is whether this can truly be one of the best movies every made. I, for one, will watch it somehow, someday, and my comments will be extensive one way or the other. I'm saying, for the sake of the international film community taking Turkish IMDB voters who gave this a high rating seriously, it had better be at least a 7 out of 10 (so about on par with everything on IMDB's top comedy list.)

I am not sure how good are translations though, if thats the translation they translate "prick" as "cucumber" as one reviewers said, its bad.
Honestly, this is a brilliant, brilliant movie. I love it, and have watched it many many times in the past. Every time I have watched it, it never failed to make me laugh.
However, having said that, I would not recommend it to a foreign audience. You don't just need to speak the Turkish language to understand it, you need to have lived in Turkey in order to get all the humor. In addition to having a lot of cultural jokes, this film is based during the Ottoman empire. Knowing the culture today simply wouldn't suffice, you need to have a very comprehensive understanding of Turkey, its culture and history.
If you still want to go ahead and watch the movie, the full movie is available on YouTube.
Normally I wouldn't recommend such a thing because it'd be considered stealing but.. the protagonist of the film has passed, as I'm sure did the majority of people who were involved in making this.
If you need subtitles, you can always download the youtube video using one of hundreds of apps, and load up subtitles that I'm sure you can find with a quick google search.
