did anybody else notice?

I don't know if this has been brought up before but I cannot help that this movie is almost an exact copy of Casablanca...well, the romance is anyway. A guy meets a girl while on vacation, they fall in love, but the girl secretly has a fiance and leaves. The guy moves on, but the girl just happens to stroll into the bar that he hangs out at. She asks someone to play their song, and the guy comes in and gets mad that his friend actually played it, and then he sees her. He even takes the exact line from the movie and rearranges it: "Of all the bars in all of Alaska, she comes into this one." This is crazily similar to the actual line from the movie: "Of all the bars in all of the world, she strolls into mine." He tries to win her back, but in the end knows what is best for her and lets her go with her fiance...ON A PLANE!!! I am not getting worked up about this, I just thought it was interesting and if anybody had something to say about this?

Wow, are you serious?!?!? I didn't know that, especially not after watching Casablanca a few times over the years and then seeing this one a couple times. Nor after looking under the 'Movie Connections' link and seeing it listed with a description that's almost EXACTLY like yours. Idiot.

They both have a lead named Rick, and both Rick's wear a white tux. (although Jason London looks INFINATELY better in it!!)
