and is there an English translation of the title? I can't find any information about it, which is odd considering it's in the Top 250.

When you translate "sut kardesler" into english, it turns into sth like that:
if two babies-not brothers or sisters- are breast feeded by the same woman, they become "sut kardesler"
The movie is a classic for Turkish cinema and laugh guaranteed but just for the ones who could understand turkish-style jokes.
