What happened to this movie?

Why doesn't it come on anymore? I love it so much, it's my fav disney channel movie! They don't play the older movies anymore, just the stupid new ones over and over like the Cheetah girls. yuck!

I agree, they really need to air the older ones more. That'll give some of the younger kids today something better to watch than Cheetah Girls or High School Musical or any of those other cheesy unrealistic pieces of crap they come up with nowadays.

reply

OMG I completely agree. The kind of stuff that comes on Disney Channel now?! Makes you wonder what the creators were thinking. Kids only like this stuff because they don't know what quality television is anymore. And I loved this movie. I dont think I've seen it on tv for about 3 to four years. Maybe theres somewhere that we can send a letter to Disney Channel Productions.

reply

Today, they showed Stepsister from Planet Weird, which is about 6 or 7 years old, maybe they'll show the other older movies too! I hope they play this.

reply

wow, they actually played a classic disney channel movie? I am so amazed! It is so incredibly sad how the Disney channel and Nickelodeon have become teeny bopper channels. Why did they do that!??!! The channels aren't worth watching anymore. The only show I tolerate is the suite life.

Sorry, but I'm going to have to agree with the person who said that. High School Musical is haunting me! Everywhere I go, there is a troy backpack or hairclips, or Sharpei t-shirts, etc. etc. I'm going mad!! If I see High School Musical toothpaste, someone is really gonna get it....

reply

being 22... I feel so old already whenever I watch disney channel half the time I'm like what the hell happened to this channel lol. I miss a lot of the good classic movies even the Vault Disney movies.

reply

oh man, Vault Disney was the *beep*

I don't know if it was considered "Valt Disney", but they used to show classic mickey cartoons at like 6 in the morning. That was awesome too.

reply

Yeah. Remember when they played Mickey Mouse Club and Zorro? Ha ha

Can't forget Mousercize and the newer version of Mickey Mouse Club. Ah...good times.

reply

I remember when they played Zorro, god I was so young, and I think it came on at a late time (I was 6, I think, so late was around 11 or 12). I liked Zoog Disney, I hate crap like Hannah Montana or High School Musical. With Zoog Disney, The Proud Family came on all the time, I loved that show, Lizzie McGuire was ok but it wasn't a favorite of mine. If I want to watch The Proud Family now, I have to watch it at 3 or 6am on weekdays. But I think about what I miss on Nickelodeon more often, I loved Beetlejuice the cartoon. I know a lot of people my age are hooked on Hannah Montana, but in my opinion the acting is horrid.

I watched it for the first time today. I really loved older Disney Movies

My parents used to watch a tv series called Dallas. I had never even heard of it. That's what happens. We don't watch what our parents did, and the younger generation doesn't watch what we did. That's how life is.
