is the Coach + Horses a real pub?

I've been to several pubs in London called 'The Coach & Horses', but none of them seem to resemble the one in the movie. Was 'Last Orders' shot at a real pub? Or, at least, is the pub mentioned in Graham Swift's novel supposed to be a real pub?

thanks in advance,
-Celso.

The outside of the pub is real and was filmed in Bellenden Road, Peckham, SE15. The pub is really called the Wishing Well Inn. Other filming locations were also shot in the Peckham area (like the prefab) and the shops were again in (Bellenden Road).

Last Orders was shown on BBC2 tonight so I did a quick Google check and it seems that the Wishing Well has suffered the inevitable pubco gentrification: it is now called the Victoria Inn and serves trendy food at central London prices- £9.50 for a burger with no chips according to one posting on a web forum that I came across ... and that was way back in 2010!

This photo was apparently taken in 2010 just after its refurb:
