Another Roger Corman Acquisition?

If anybody knows how to see this movie drop me a line please. I was doing some reading on Pavel Klushantsev the other evening and stumbled upon a link to a website set up for a film festival of Russian Fantastique cinema from 2007. You can find it here:

COSMIC JOURNEY or SPACE VOYAGE was one of the films shown though misnomered as COSMIC VOYAGE. What got my attention is that the still used on the website for the film --

is if I am not mistaken from a sequence used in all of the other Roger Corman re-edits of the big three Soviet sci-fi films he acquired the rights for: Nebo zovyot, Planeta Bur, and Mechte navstrechu. Which Corman had edited into BATTLE BEYOND THE SUN, VOYAGE TO THE PREHISTORIC PLANET, QUEEN OF BLOOD, and VOYAGE TO THE PLANET OF PREHISTORIC WOMEN.

I had always presumed that the sequence shown in the picture was originally removed from Nebo zovyot but it appears as thought SPACE VOYAGE was actually used to pad out the runtime of Nebo zovyot when Francis Coppola was editing it into BATTLE BEYOND THE SUN.

So the question is, did Roger Corman ever acquire the rights to SPACE VOYAGE as well, and if so was it ever shown before being chopped down into what was used when editing together the subsequent films? Did he ever have it dubbed into English? Or did he just use the footage without sound? Very intrigued and wanting to know more.
