Pinky Question (Spoiler)

I not sure if I am the only one, but it seems that Gene Hackmans chracter was not sad or was not bothered that Pinky was dead. When anyone asked him about Pinky it was like he forgot he was dead.

Yeah, he seems rather indifferent like that in general. Kind of like it was the cost of doing business almost.

When anyone asked him about Pinky it was like he forgot he was dead.

There was a short discussion about Pinky at the end with his wife I think where they both agreed it was sad about his death, but that was the chance you took in that line of work. I agree he did appear a little indifferent, but perhaps that was brought on by Fran ditching him.

It did appear like he was not sad but perhaps it was more that he didn't take the time to be sad as he had to move forward with the task.
