Authenticity

The attention to detail in this film is impressive. The milk in the film is "Dewhirst" which was a real dairy in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The tobacco tin that Bobby keeps his money in is "Yankee Boy", a real brand common back then.
I'm surprised anyone could find any "goofs" in this movie.
The one "goof" that is not a goof is that a song on the radio in 1960 was released in 1955.
