shareThe idea of ratings for foreign people is foreign itself! The one thing I have noticed with Bollywood and certain foreign films is the looseness of the 10/10. Its like they are handing out 10/10 for every film they think is good! 10/10 should be reserved for THE BEST films. Films like Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, they are classic hollywood films right in their right, but who would give them 10/10?
