does anyone know what the poem at the end is called? i thought the film was interesting--not the greatest but i liked some stuff. but the poem at the end was really moving. anyone know who wrote it, where i can find a copy, etc?

It is from the play by the same title by Tim Blake Nelson.
He also wrote the screenplay for the film.
