damn oppressive government

It just makes me sick as hell that a government could be so arrogant as to assume that it knows better than the people it is meant to serve. Who the hell does that guy think he is to suppose that those girls and their people would be better off living a completely different lifestyle than their own? Why is his lifestyle automatically the better lifestyle?

...On an unrelated note, I see that Obama is trying to get laws past that will force Catholic and pro-life health-care providers to do abortions and sell contraceptives or else face a huge penalty. And also, I'm starting to hear rumors that Catholic priests and other Christian ministers opposed to gay marriage will be forced to marry gay people or else face prosecution for "hate speech." I only mention this in passing (...speaking of damn oppressive governments...)
