Other movies about mixed-race people?

I do NOT mean interracial marriage/relationships. I mean multiracial individuals. (It's okay if a movie mentions interracial relations, but I'm talking about mixed persons)

There are several where one of the characters is Euro/Asian, Euro/Native American, etc. Most of these present the character as a 'tragic' figure that is not tolerated by general "white" society and has to die, become a prostitute or a nun, or can only be accepted by the "racial group" of lower status. These films focus on biracial people and not on those who are several generations "mixed". I have yet to see that topic tackled in film in any depth. The USA had several communities of such people in the 19th and 20th Centuries. The recent series "The Red Road" came fairly close but did not focus on the theme of being multiracial. Not surprisingly, they are not very good films.

Pinky
Imitation of Life (both versions)
Love is a Many-Splendored Thing
A Girl Named Tamiko
Kings Go Forth
Donovan's Reef
The Courage to Love

and more...

If you look at the year of release of each film/or its setting, you will see the social attitude of the time reflected in the presentation of the characters.
