i wrote a review of it on these boards...check it out and tell me what you think.

I thought it was mostly lackluster. It was funny seeing people cheer for Razor Ramon in his match with Bob Backlund.

I, like many, thought Hogan winning the title at the end was cheap. The Bret-Yokozuna match was good up until it became about Hogan (I didn't like how he used the word "Jap" in his interview either).

i loved it!

it was the first ever WWE event i watched live on tv, i was 9 years old and my mom stayed up with me to watch it (yeah i know) i loved the theme, the outdoor arena, the toga's, JR making his debeut, 2 doinks!, hogan winning the belt! (even tho now we know the story behind it but at the time it was awesome!)

also it was the first ever WWE event to start with an IC title match!!! HBK vs Tatanka
