This was actually my favorite Wrestlemania when I was younger. The outdoor roman theme, the Tatanka/Shawn Michaels match, Steiners/Headshrinkers, Two doinks, and Hogan winning the world title at the end.

In Hogan's case, stealing the show isn't necessarily a good thing when it the main contributing factor of it being so bad.
Seriously, outside Arquette winning the WCW title, this was the worst moment in pro-wrestling history.

Hogan was a bitch, there were rumours that Hogan threatened to walk out on the WWE if he did'nt win the World title that night.
Plus the whole event was a damn joke.

They did'nt have Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Kamala(but at the same time I would'nt have wanted to see Kamala job to Triple B).
The only good match was the Steiner Bros. vs. The Headshrinkers and that it was Tito Santana's last Wrestlemania. He won defeating Papa Shongo and we were'nt privileged to see it. That would've been built as great story line cause he had a Wrestlemania loosing streak and it finally ended.

I consider 11 and 13 worse overall.
shareI hate 16 and 17 the most cause WM shouldn't end on a Heel victory.
11 had Shawn Vs Diesel, and 13 had Bret vs Austin one of the best matches ever, and The Taker finally getting a real Title reign.
But 11 shouldn't have made the stupid Football match it's main event, when I bought an old best of WM video that only showed one match fomr each I felt cheated that ti didn't have Shawn Vs Diesel.

No kidding. It was such a beautiful setting, and some of the card had such potential, but the event sorta blew, and that ending was a grave, grave, GRAVE injustice. Thankfully they put it right the next year.
