Koko B. Ware and his tights.

I had just finished watching the match between The Islanders (Haku and Tama) and Bobby Heenan vs. The British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith and The Dynamite Kid) and Koko B. Ware on the Anthology DVD Set and I was wondering what the part of the tights that touched Koko B. Ware's butt said and why it was fuzzed out. Was it fuzzed out only on the DVD or when the event took place March 27, 1988? If anyone knows and can answer for me the question or questions, I would really appreciate it.
