Could someone please clarify this for me? There's a scene where a cop was accusing Dr. West of deliberately killing that guy who threatened Araya. Did he "accidentally" kill him or was it really beyond his control? Thanks so much!

Yea b/c Dylan then said he woudl do everything in his power to save him no matter what
sharethe guy went into respitory arrest and dylan didnt do the shock thing as many times as he could he just tried once and stopped so he could say he tried to save him........but the cop was the one who said he made sure the knife slipped
