The one where that lady has a knife to marks neck. He works in the caffateria. The lady's daughter was sick and she wanted to kill lose son because Lu couldn't save her daughter from dying.

I want to say it was very early season 3, maybe the first episode? I believe that's the episode it was, episode Positive, but I'm not entirely sure of it.
