Can you buy a region 1 DVD of Dreaming of Julia?

Can you buy a DVD that is region 1 and works in the United States?

I live in europe and also have been having a very hard time to find this DVD.
Can anyone help?

A region 2 DVD has been released using the title "Cuba Libre". It's still difficult to find but you can order one from this site:

On the left side of the page select the category "Drama". Cuba Libre will be on page 3. The site doesn't accept payment directly with a credit card but they do accept Paypal.

I'm not aware of any region 1 release of this DVD.

I just started watching it. Had to hunt for the IMDB page because it has been re-titled "Cuban Blood".

You can buy it in the U.S. I know, because our library ordered a copy.

I rented this movie from hollywood video it was titled "Cuban Blood".

The movie is now out on DVD - released as "Cuban Blood". Good luck.

In IMDB the film, Dreaming Of Julia, appears with the title shown as Cuba Libre across the cover. Under Cuba Libre there is no listing where Juan Gerard is the director or G.G.Bernal stars. I just purchased (from Amazon.com) another title, Cuban Blood, which is the same film as Cuba Libre (2003) and Dreaming of Julia......all directed by Juan Gerard (figures since they are the same film) and all featuring Harvey Keitel and Gael Garcia Bernal. Great, exciting film. Oh, yes, and it is in Region 1 format.
