Theme song and Troica

Hi,
Can anybody tell me what are the words to the theme song? And can anybody tell me the names of all the members of the Troica and their owers and abilities?

reply

can tell ya bout the Troika only, as far as I know fro m the comic books. it's trhee of them, Slag (large, ugly and German hot lava guy), Attica (nice body armor, don't know what he can do) and HARM (very large green cyborg without personality and a lot of guns)

Well, that was fun... in a fuc kin' terrible, sick, not-at-all-fun kinda way

The theme song is something like:

Wildcats! Wildcats! We're gonna need heroes. Wildcats! Wildcats! They've got invincible power. Wildcats! Wildcats! Yeowww! We're heroes. Not zeros. We've got what, they fear so... We've got punch, you know we're tough than nails. When all else fails call... Wildcats! Nerves of steel. Wildcats! Here's the deal. Wild-CATS! You better watch out. Yeah! Wildcats! Wildcats! One and only Wiiiild-cats.

Small correction: ...we've got what, they fear so, here are the facts: We got power to the max, you know we're tough as nails...

The words to the theme tune sound lame now, but when I watched it I thought it was awesome. Then again, I though the orignal theme tune to the Ninja Turtles was "totally tubular." I didn't mind the Wild C.A.T.s series (despite large diveregences from the comic), but I preferred X-Men. The plot of 'Cats was hard to follow (as they tried to appeal to both younger and older viewers at the same time, which is a very difficult proposition), but quite clever in places. "Thrice three, and again thrice three makes four." It makes sense to a gamer who uses D4s a lot. The "Heaven vs. Hell" angle the comics always alluded to was kind of lost in the cartoon (Kherubhim - relating to cherubhim, seraphim or angels in general; Deaemonites - relating to demons), but it's not as if it was clear in the few issues of the comic book I read.

Was Pike a member of the Troika as well? I seem to remember he was a badass-looking guy similar to Hadrian/Spartan.

P.S. Long time fans of Wild C.A.T.s should pick up the Gen13 - We'll take Manhattan series. Hellspont tries his hand at being a superhero, complete with a Batmobile rip off...it's hilarious.

Jimmy: "Hi. You're nobody."
Joe: "Shh. Don't tell anyone."

Nah, Pike was just one of Hellspont's bad guys. He was actually Kherubim like the Wildcats, but just an evil one. Hence, he joined Hellspont.

I listened to an MP3 of the theme just now and heard it for the first time in like, 10 years. I thought the theme was cool back then and still do now. The tune still kicks *** IMO as far as action-toon themes go, Very catchy too :)

"We've got invincible powers! WildCats! Yeaaaaaaaaaah!!!"

I want the DVD.
