CONFUSED

Okay, so Craig Sheffer is in Turbulence 2 and 3- but playing two completely different characters?!? Why??? That is just one of the many stupid & confusing things about this movie.

Yeah, it is just another of those things where you shake your head and think "my god.....does he have a big sign on his forehead reading " Will do any movie for money"?"

Craig, if you ever read this- I will pay you NOT to make Turbulence 4.

Leave that man alone. Craig is the George Kennedy!

LOL!!!
I've been a Craig Sheffer fan since the 80's which is why I think he deserves better. And so do his fans.

Fans? you mean both of them?

IMO Craig Sheffer is just doing a job. If anybody is at fault, it's the casting director. Seems like they ran out of actors and had to push for dual-roles. OR Craig has a friend in the biz willing to get him roles at the cost of the story's continuity. It's hard to believe that the production company went along with this.
Acutally, considering the quality of these sequels, it's very likely that a minimal amount of personnel took part in making this movie. The producers did not even take the time to view #2 or #3; let alone both to make any connection.
This is the only possible scenario (other than Sheffer as one of the CEO's son/lover).
Let's wait to see what happens in "Turbulence 4: The Mile-High Facial Standoff"

Yeah, what did he think he was doing? I mean, how many Police Squad movies would Leslie Nielson make? Oops, he played the same character in those.

Hey, the guy is an actor - no reason he shouldn't act in a movie if he gets a good offer, right? Only reasons I've ever heard of as to why an actor would take an acting gig was if the agent pushed for it, the actor happened on a script he liked, maybe the actor had a contract for a studio to put out "x" number of films within a certain time period (that is why Bruce Willis did "Armageddon", by the way) or the actor needed work. Perhaps some combination of all the enumerated reasons.

Anway, I'm a Sheffer fan so I was cool with it. I will plug my vote for T1 and T2 as having been better than T3 but it was still lightly entertaining.

I will also join the community in casting my vote against any type of T4 movie. If you want to continue with the genre, OK, but at least lose the Turbulence from the title.
