Robert De Niro cameo

I'm sure that's he at about 15 minutes in. He's standing at a street vendor's hamburger cart and eating a hamburger. He puts the burger down, looks away for a moment, and the time-traveling soldier steals it.

De Niro was born in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York City, and dropped out of high school in his senior year to attend the Stella Adler Conservatory and the American Workshop. He would have been 25 when No More Excuses was made, and I'm sure it's he in that scene.
