Is it based on a true story?
This movie is powerful. A father goes to desperate measures to hold the hospital hostage because his son needed a heart badly.
shareAs far as I've read, this is not based on a true story...but a lot of what goes on in this film happen in reality (e.g. doctors getting paid more for not testing, insurance companies deciding who lives and dies, people rallying behind a man who bends the rules all in the name of helping a loved one).
I'm not a gynecologist but I will take a look.
