Music from credits...please help!

I watched this movie the other day and fell in love with the music playing on the ending credits. Not the first one, but the second one, just about the time of the music credits, sounds like they are singing "forever love". I have gotten all the songs from the soundtrack, but it is not on there. I would really love to know who the artist is and the name of the song. Please help! Stacy
