Deleted scenes

For those of you who have the DVD and have watched the deleted scenes, am I the only one who thinks the movies would have been much better with many of these scenes in it?
Most notably the scene on the train tracks, when Clive breaks down telling Gypsy about his brother and parents death. I think the removal of these scenes, most of which centered around Clive, really hurt the development of Clive as a character. I still adore the movie, it's one of my favorites, but I believe that watching many deleted scenes made the movie much more interesting for me.

Doesn't matter now, devils who paint angels.

I agree. In the commentary for the deleted scenes, I believe Todd Stephens questioned the decision to omit some of the scenes. Personally, I feel that the scene on the train tracks, and the scene in which Clive talks to Lois in his room should have been kept, as they further develped his character.

I agree. I especially like the one where Lois brings Clive the family photo. It nearly brought me to tears.

The one where Clive tells Gypsy about his family DID bring my tears.

And for the one that made me laugh, the one where Clive interprets Gypsy's line. Lol.
