Unfortunately this forum is taken up by people making serious analytical points about a science fiction comedy movie.

The film is outstanding fun, hilarious infact, the lead characters work really well together, the soundtrack is great, the visuals are pretty damn good for the time, the dialogue is superb, all in all its a VERY enjoyable movie.

If you sit there watching a film pointing out plot holes, continuity errors and so on and so forth, this really isn't for you, even moreso I would say your probably better off not watching films and becoming an accountant.

I agree, it's a fun sci-fi movie and I think a lot of people forget that the 'Fi' in Sci-Fi means 'fiction'.

I hadn't seen it in about 10 years but have just finished watching it now and I gotta say, it holds up. It's still a fun thing to watch with some great dialogue and comedy moments.

very thick sense of humor, these actors act great on all other works, here they look like intermediate school play, they think any red head has to have a chemistry with x files guy, they don't. i never in my life noticed a soundtrack unless it's super great, for the first time i notice bad soundtrack that distracted me from the picture!! unbelievable. the special effects are great, what a waste! what a piece of crap, but i guess people who like crap like men in black will like this.

Thank you... someone gets it. People are worried about realism in a movie about aliens.
