References to Demon Knight and Bordello of Blood

I can say with absolute certainty that this movie showed up on imdb between 2000-2001 under the title "Tales from the Crypt Presents: Ritual." The on-screen date is 2000 (seen on a letter/computer screen) and I can't say for certain whether it went into production AS a Crypt movie or a stand-alone, but plans were made to release it as a Crypt flick at least 5 years before the Cryptkeeper segments were issued. Unfortunately, I've not been able to find anything whatsoever about the making-of (I find it bizarre that Fangoria didn't have so much as a dvd review) and online reports about the Crypt connection are conflicting. Regardless, there's no direct references to any of the Crypt movies that preceded it.
