They had higher caliber actors in this than most direct to video movies. Made Ritual better than it could have been. The location scenes were absolutely stunning.

I think the zombie make-up was the worst part of the movie.



No two persons ever watch the same movie.

I thought the movie was pretty bland myself. It lacked most of the Tales From the Crypt elements: humor, monsters and a sense of fun.

I really enjoyed it. I even love the Crypt-Keeper footage, I've read reviews saying it's not that great.

I saw it recently, and I think it was awesome. I thought Jennifer Grey looked hot...ouch!

The movie was very entertaining watching it at home, and glad they edited out the nudity on the Sci Fi channel (it was not needed). The ending was surprising, and made sense.
The horrifying ending to Kristen Wilson's character was too perfect having to

Be the zombie slave of that fat bloated smelly pig superintendant. Having to submit to his every lustful desire and imagination - the horror!

Some parts were predictable (ex: when Alice blew the dust in Caro's face instead of JB's), but for the most part I was kept in suspense and I really liked it. And it had Tim Curry, which is an automatic plus ;)

I liked it more than I thought I would, as well! I mean, it is not award winning material, but it was a fun flick!
