When the squad enters the squat and finds the three women, does anyone know why they were crying? Was it because they took Ponytail's men away or did I miss something?

you're right, they're crying because ponytail's guys were taken away. later on you see the 4 guys in cages.

I believe, besides their men were kidnapped, these women were raped also. :P
