need some help

ive been trying to find this movie, but i dont remember what it was called! i think they showed it on disney, but im not sure. it was about this kid(i think it was a young boy) who was sick of his parents and...froze them i think...and i think he also got like the media involved and traveled around to try and find new parents. i also remember him going to like antartica or some cold place where their was igloos and they walked for like days to drop off the grampa onto an iceburg...i think the iceburg had like a chair and a tv, and they just left him there, i think to die...but i really want to know what this movie is called. if someone can help that would realllllllyyyy help
