To be fair,Elle WAS being creepy!

She got dumped by Warner because she wasn't serious enough, so she studied hard as hell and worked her butt off to pass the LSAT so she could be accepted to Harvard Law. She passed with a 179, just one point away from a perfect score. She got accepted and showed up at Harvard Law school so that Warner would take her back. Warner assumed that Elle was there for a road trip visit to see him or something like that and is stunned when she told him that she was his schoolmate and a HL student. I'd be creeped out that a girl I dumped and left in California(West Coast) followed me to Massachusetts(East Coast, way across the country) and got herself enrolled in HL just so I could take her back! Warner handled that much better than I would have. I'd probably get a restraining order against her or something like that!

Drake is repetitive. He just raps the same thing over and over as if he is in an insane asylum!LOL:D

She wasn't being a stalker. Yes, all she wanted was to show him that she WAS smart and good enough to be with him. A stalker would have been following him around after they broke up, would have known all his business, etc. She was totally taken by surprise when she found out he was engaged (after breaking up with her only about three months before) so she obviously had no contact or anything with him before that. And she didn't stalk him around Harvard either. Outside of class and the trial prep, she didn't often see him. She went to the first study session thinking everyone was invited and didn't put up any type of argument when told she wasn't welcome. And she went to that not-costume party that Vivian invited her to. Past that, I think she was studying too much to really concentrate on Warner. I actually think that she figured out pretty quickly that Warner wasn't worth all that so she started studying hard for herself not for his approval. Was Warner the instigator to get her to go to Harvard...yes, but she lost interest in him fairly quickly IMO when she saw how truly shallow he was.
