How does the pool boy having a boyfriend change anything?

That doesn't necessarily prove that he wasn't having an affair with Brooke...

reply

It strongly implies that he is Gay(though he could be bisexual, and could have been cheating on his homely boyfriend with the very hot Brooke). I guess they should have asked "Are you Gay or Straight," and he would said automatically,"Gay," which he would have implied he didn't have an affair with Brooke.

Drake is repetitive. He just raps the same thing over and over as if he is in an insane asylum!LOL:D

Also, he could be bisexual.

True, even if he had a boyfriend, even if he was gay, he could still be having sex with Brooke. Real murder conspiracies or so convoluted and messed up that something like that wouldn't even be far fetched in real life.

reply

Would his boyfriend truly have been there for his testimony if he didn't think it was all lies? If the guy had cheated on his boyfriend, the boyfriend would likely have already dropped him...not been there supporting him during his testimony.

reply

I thought that was weird too. Maybe his boyfriend took it as if he was ashamed of him and tried to play off straight instead of maybe being bisexual?

reply

Say what you want, Cameron played on the turn-of-the-century attitudes toward gay or bisexual people.

The moment it was determined the guy had a boyfriend, it was easy, both fictively and otherwise, to dismiss his testimony.

reply

His actual sexuality was irrelevant. They were trying to break his testimony. By catching him with the boyfriend inquiry, they obtained the reaction they wanted where he lost it and tried to backpedal. That shows the jury that his testimony was a lie.
