Yeah, but the film doesn't go over his backstory nearly as much as the book.
It is actually a godlike creature, and doesn't really even have a shape. It actually just exists as a bunch of lights, but when interacting with people, It often changes into some physical form in order to harm them.
So, even though Killjoy is some kind of undead voodoo clown or something, he would have no way to hurt It. He would just be swallowed up by the deadlights, no fight involved.
I agree the only reason that IT turned into that stupid ass spider is coz stephen king ran out of ideas coz the book is soooo long, poor ending but killjoy would be annihilated by pennywise.

Killjoy doesn't even deserve to be put up against Pennywise as a worthy adversary, Stephen King could've wiped his @ss on some paper and ended up with a better script than what Killjoy's writer came up with after obviously taking a long time to come up with a fresh idea (Yeah, a killer clown: that's never been done before ).
Fans of Killjoy, heed my warning: there are bad films that qualify as "being so bad that it's good" and then there are films that don't deserve existence; your "precious" Full Moon productions is nothing more than a fertilizer factory.

Killjoy makes It look like a masterpiece. Honestly It isn't perfect, but Killjoy I thought was terrible. Sorry but that's my view. Tim Curry's Pennywise was scarier, Angel Vargas tries his best with abominable material. In answer to your question, It will crush Killjoy.
