I can't figure out what it is about Alice that he seemed to love so much. She has virtually no personality at all. And sure she's pretty, but she's very plain -- no Angelina Jolie. The only thing she does in this movie is get naked and have sex with him, so you'd think it's all about the physical relationship, but then he marries her and talks about how she's the missing part of his soul. What the hell? He couldn't have picked a duller wife.
