Please help I have a question

Not to long back I checked out a movie (not sure which one) and saw a movie previewed that had a psyco behind the wheel and on the preview it was pulling a car (or truck not sure) that was overturned with a chain overturned
and had a woman in it. It was a night scene and the best I can remmber was that there was a man out to find this highway madman. Does anyone know what the name of this movie is? If so please help because I would love to see thgs movie I could have sworn it was Road Rage but I have seen this one and the one with Yasmine Blleath and it's neather of them. I think it was a fairly recent movie though.

It sounds a little like "Highwaymen" to me. I haven't seen it yet so I can't confirm it, but it has a similar plot and there could very well be a scene like that in it.
