What music was playing when Denis Leary was being choked by that guy at the end, right before the knife came out of the ceiling and stabbed him in the back?

When he was laying on the ground and coughting out blood really weird guitar song came on that I liked, but I cant find the soundtrack listing for this movie anywhere.
