What happened when he got the cocaine evidence? I saw him taunting the german shepherd with it, then I missed something and he was acting crazy and had to go speak to some 3rd graders. What happened, did he eat a lot of it, what?

I love the eyes of both Corky and the dog after they get cocaine all over them - they look like those half-monkeys (lemurs?) with enormously big bulgy eyes! Hilarious!
