Would've been cool if inmates and prisoners switched roles..

I was expecting this to occur and it would've made for an interesting turn of events.
Yes I expected the exact same!
I thought the main sadistic guard would overhear the scientists planning to switch the roles. He would panic about how the prisoners would treat him after he has acted. And that would push him to going full-psycho, to try and keep the power.
Maybe the real experiment would have implemented this in some way. I believe the scientists had to intervene after just a few days because there was danger of serious injury.
