Dubbed Edition in USA: Aspect Ratio?

Amazon.com has an English-dubbed edition available for $19.98. From what I have read from others who have already purchased it, the dubbing is excellent.

What I need to find out is if the USA dubbed version is available in its original released aspect ratio of 2.35:1 (widescreen). No one has mentioned it. Anyone?
