Except action man also hadva show in the 90s and a toyline even longer than that as it started as the British spin-off of GI Joe.
And the revamped action man came out the exact same year as max steel. Both are good shows. Neither one is really a rip off.
Genetic super soldiers have been done to death. Neither of these shows did it first.
And they were created at the tail-end of the 90s when extreme sports were all the rage.
