In (I believe it's still) 1973, first cut to the park. There's a girl & guy, sitting on a blanket, under a tree. The girl is reading a book that clearly has a barcode on the back cover.
sharegood catch. It reminds me of the time in the late 70s we were doing a play in HS with a 1940s timeframe. I don't know if we had some really smart girls in it or it was in the production notes - but I remember every performance they were drawing the lines on the back of their nylons with magic marker to look like they did in the 1940s.
