Scamp's Own Show on Disney?

Does anyone know about the books that Disney had made that starred Scamp? If so, I believe Disney could make a show about Scamp, using the same time period in Lady and the Tramp II and the titles, ideas, and characters in the books, as well as characters from the original movie and this one.
What do you all think?
Oh, and to the people who don't like this sequel...you think about things YOUR way, and the people who do like it think about things THEIR way.
